Self-Love is one of my missions. I have been so hard on myself that I manifested a tumor (that also related to sexual abuse). I went on a 17-year long healing journey that completed with my first big operation (the one I never ever wanted to have). During the first night after the operation I experienced a Near-Death experience that took me into all the places where I was ‘hard’ on myself in this life-time. Eventually when I started to forgive myself and others, golden light flooded each and every cell of my body. It felt like eternity. I was immersed in love – precious self-love and I was told to remind others to love themselves.

I wrote this Self-Love Guide filled with 12 practical tools to support you to be grounded, centered and focused. May it gently take you by the hand and guide you back to love.
