WOMEN UPLIFT / THE STUDIO INC.
Registration & Payment : Registration is online. The registration is valid upon receipt of payment. After your online registration has been received you will get a confirmation via email. This online registration is valid without signature.
In the event of a payment plan agreed by the organizer, the first payment installment shall be binding and all other installments shall be due on specified dates. There will be an additional payment fee of $25/per installment, if payment is late.
Participation : The number of participants is limited. Participation is valid after receipt of the workshop fee. The language of the seminar is English. Assignment of workshop/retreat places is done according to the order of payments received.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations need to be in writing with a confirmation that we received it. If the application is withdrawn and no replacement can be named, we charge a $10 administration fee. If you cancel 2 weeks before the workshop/retreat 25% of the seminar fee will be retained. If you cancel 1 week before the beginning of the workshop/retreat 50% of the seminar fee will be retained. If you cancel 6 days before the workshop/retreat, no seminar fees will be refunded. There is no refund for non-attendance. The registered participant can find a substitute in consultation with the Women Uplift team and send her to the workshop.
Organization : Workshops are organized and conducted by Women Uplift/The Studio Inc. under the guidance and facilitation of Joya Petra Gallasch.
Media: Video and / or audio recordings of the workshop are not allowed.
Event cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel the event in case of insufficient participation. In this case the fee will be fully refunded. In the case of cancellation of the workshop/retreat due to illness of the workshop/retreat leader, higher powers like natural calamities or other unforeseeable events, no compensation claims can be made. However, we strive to offer the best possible alternative in this case. Any claim for compensation for travel and accommodation costs and loss of working hours/loss of earnings is excluded.
Participation is at your own risk and responsibility. The participant confirms that he / she is mentally and physically able to attend the seminar. Seminars do not replace psychotherapy or other medical and therapeutic treatments. Should the participant currently be in psycho-therapeutic or medical treatment, the organizer and facilitator needs to be informed. All information is to be kept confidential.
I declare with my registration that I act independently and exempt organizer, seminar leader, coordinator, organizer, assistants, legal successors as well as the landlord of the venue of any liability claims – except injuries due to intent and gross negligence of Joya Petra Gallasch. The waiver of damages and / or recourse claims is agreed.
The Studio Inc. is an American S-Corporation based in the United States.
